mahogany chest on chest of neat proportions, the top section with flared cornice and two short over four long graduating drawers , canted corners standing on the base having four long graduating drawers, all with brass swan neck handles, standing on shaped bracket feet.with normal marks and wear commensurate with age and use and slight shrinkage splits to the sides, very common in antique pieces but in no way detracting from its appearance or functionality, overall this lovely chest on chest is in good sound condition.
